  • With the arrival of the upcoming 1.56 update for ETS2, the developers would like to share some exciting news for all fans of customization. Alongside the main game update, the HS-Schoch Tuning Pack is also receiving a substantial refresh and expansion. Their teams have been working diligently to update this popular DLC, adding new features and addressing many of the community’s requests.

The developers have spent a great deal of time reviewing feedback and implementing changes and additions that you’ve asked for. This update aims to expand truck personalization options and give drivers even more ways to express their unique style on the road.

    An Expanded HS-Schoch Tuning Pack

The developers have significantly expanded the accessory range by adding new finish options that were previously unavailable. You will be able to choose from several new styles:

    • Chrome: A classic, shiny finish that adds a touch of sophistication.
    • Paintable: This finish can now be customized in any color of your choice.
    • Matte Paintable: This option also allows you to fully select your desired color.

In addition, the developers have improved other tuning elements. For instance, roof bars will have new LED and non-LED versions. Front light bars will now feature LED, non-LED, and even strobe versions. Bottom grilles will also be updated, with slot-based options and an LED version.

Improved Compatibility & Base Game Features

Since the release of the HS-Schoch Pack, several new trucks have been added to ETS2. With this update, the developers have made sure to include bars for all the vehicles that were not part of the game at the time of the DLC’s original launch.

The team is also excited to announce that big auxiliary lights will be receiving improvements in version 1.56, and this will be available to everyone as part of the base game update. The developers truly appreciate your passion for customization and are happy to bring these improvements into the game. They hope these new additions give you more freedom to match (or mismatch) tuning parts with your truck’s paint scheme and overall look.
