Development Progress and Consoles Project Challenges
We know our #BestCommunityEver is very excited to hear more. We are also eager to tell you how this huge **Consoles Project** is advancing for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. We are already in an advanced stage. However, there is still quite a way to go before we reach the final delivery point for this big cargo. Our primary goal is to ensure a seamless and high-quality gameplay experience that meets console players’ expectations. This involves significant optimization of the user interface and control schemes.
Technical Deep Dive into Console Adaptation
This **Consoles Project** is growing throughout our entire company. It continues to bring many new developments and challenges to several of our departments. For instance, the programming team must adapt our game engine to the unique hardware requirements of each console. We are working on enhancing visual fidelity. This includes frame rate stability and overall performance. We are also integrating console-specific features, such as adaptive controller triggers. We are dedicated to ensuring the full depth of ETS2 and ATS is transferred. We also maintain support for all existing content, including the vast number of DLCs. Rest assured that we will keep sharing more updates on this **Consoles Project** as it progresses.
Our UI/UX designers are redesigning many elements. They must be perfectly suited for gamepad play on a large screen. This is especially crucial for simulation games as complex as ours. While you wait for the console release, we continue to expand the maps on PC.
