Illinois DLC Gameplay Preview: A Journey Across the Prairie State

Buckle up and get ready to roll. Today, the team at SCS Software is excited to share a brand-new gameplay preview from the upcoming Illinois DLC for American Truck Simulator.

The Prairie State is a place where busy industry meets wide-open farmland. Historic routes connect vibrant cities. The team has been hard at work recreating this diverse state. They bring its highways, landscapes, and atmosphere to life for drivers to experience behind the wheel.

A First Look at Illinois Roads

In this Illinois DLC gameplay preview, you will get a first look at a journey through the state. The route travels from Quincy all the way to Chicago. Drivers will experience major interstates and rural highways alike. Along the way, they will pass expansive agricultural fields and grain facilities. The journey gradually approaches Chicago’s dense urban skylines and underground sections.

Work in Progress

Join the team as they take a drive through a selection of locations across the state. This showcases some of the roads and environments the map team has been crafting.
