The team at SCS Software is back with another episode of SCS On The Road. This time, the journey took them across the Atlantic to Dublin, Virginia. Members of the team visited the Volvo Trucks Customer Center. They got up close and personal with the all-new Volvo VNL. During the visit, they gathered valuable reference materials. They learned more about the truck directly from the experts. They even took it for a Volvo VNL test drive SCS On The Road style.

Volvo VNL Test Drive: Capturing Every Detail

Join Nemiro, Oscar, Ondřej, and Matěj from the SCS Software team. They explore one of Volvo Trucks North America’s newest and most advanced trucks yet. The team worked hard to capture detailed photography and video references. They recorded authentic sounds and interior details. Every aspect of the all-new Volvo VNL was documented. The goal was to recreate the truck as accurately as possible for players.

A major part of the trip was learning about the design philosophy behind the truck. The team also studied the technology and innovations.
