The team at SCS Software is excited to unveil another piece of the puzzle. The upcoming 1.59 update for Euro Truck Simulator 2 brings a major addition. Thermo King ETS2 1.59 integration will add real-world refrigeration units to the game. This is a free update for all players.

Thermo King is a brand of Trane Technologies. The company has been a global leader since 1938. They pioneered transport temperature control solutions. Realism Boost in Thermo King ETS2 1.59

In Euro Truck Simulator 2, Thermo King units will replace all unbranded units. This applies to base game and DLC reefer trailers. The change adds an extra touch of realism. Players will haul temperature-sensitive cargo with authentic equipment. A famous real-world brand will now appear on trailers.

Thermo King ETS2 1.59: Full Unit Lineup

Several Thermo King units will be added in the 1.59 update. Players will see the A-360, A-400, and A-500 models. The SLXi 300 and SLXi 400 will also appear. These units mount on the front of single trailers. They deliver different performance levels for various transport needs. A special UT-1400R unit is also included. This model is designed for double-trailer configurations. It mounts beneath the trailer instead of the front.
