1967 Ford Mustang Fastback ATS: American Icon Joins Road Trip

Few cars have shaped American roads like the 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. Today, the team at SCS Software is excited to take a closer look. This iconic muscle car will be drivable in the upcoming Road Trip module. It is part of the Ford Car Pack DLC for American Truck Simulator.

A Design Revolution from Ford

The 1967 Mustang Fastback marked a defining moment for the brand. It introduced a more aggressive design and wider stance. A more powerful engine was also added. This evolution shaped its reputation as a true performance machine. The car combined everyday drivability with raw power. Its versatility, iconic fastback silhouette, and muscular proportions make it a perfect fit for the open road.

Faithful Recreation of a Classic

The team has worked hard to bring this classic to life. There is a strong focus on period accuracy and heritage. From the unmistakable exterior design to finer details, every effort has been made. The goal is to faithfully recreate this legendary vehicle. Players will feel the authenticity in every curve and line.

Factory-Inspired Color Options

Players can choose from a selection of factory-inspired exterior colours. Options include Lime Gold, Acapulco Blue, and Dark Moss Green. Silver Frost, Burgundy, and Candy Apple Red are also available. Many more colours will be offered as well. Each shade captures the spirit of the 1960s muscle car era.

Authentic Interior Choices

Inside, you will have a choice of authentic interior trims. Options include Black, Red, Saddle, and Parchment. Ivy Gold and Dark & Light Aqua are also available. Classic seating options include luxury bucket seats. ComfortWeave insert seats are offered as well. The Deluxe interior variant features brushed aluminium accents. Every detail has been carefully considered.

Still in Development

Please note that the 1967 Ford Mustang GT Fastback is still a work in progress. Both the exterior and interior models are actively being refined. Some elements continue to be fine-tuned. The final version will deliver an even more authentic experience.
